The P90X workout is a sham.

Anyone who subscribes to the fact that this works is probably right.

However, you can achieve the same results for much less moolah.

Let's take a look at what you get when you order the P90X kit:

1. A nutrition PLan.
2. 12 dvds.
3. And a bonus! What would a scheme to make money  be without a bonus! Congratulations, you get a calendar..... And FREE online support tools. Wait, what? Free? so I should be able to get those without paying for this scam? Nope. you gotta shell out a whopping $140+ just to get a nutritional plan, and 12 dvds.

Speaking of the nutritional plan, how hard is it to eat healthy? Just quit going to freakin' Quizno's and go to subway instead. Stop ordering that Big Mac and get a Salad. 

Guess what? It's not hard to eat healthy, especially if you are doing it right! When you eat healthy carbs or get those filling calories, you feel great!
Of course, all you gotta do is a little research and BAM! you got your very own diet that works.

"But what about the DVDs? Won't they help?"
 
Nope. NOPE. and NO! 

Seriously, look at all the muscle groups they have for each DVD:

Take a quick look over the freakin' "categories."

Half of them are duplicated! That means that "arms" are already included on another DVD (that is, if it's just one other). 

The other problem I see with this workout, is that it's not hitting every muscle. Only basic muscles that most people want to work on.

It's leaving out the most important muscles groups, such as:
-forearms
-neck
-calves
-lats
-traps


Just to name a few. Sure, the P90X might hit some of these, but you can't ignore every single muscle group. Otherwise, you aren't going to have a good all-around symmetric look.


As you can see, ALl this fellow did was lose weight!

That's great if you want to lose weight, but there are tons of easier ways to lose weight, and cheaper too!


Congrats to that guy in that video for losing weight.
However, ask yourself this, "Is losing weight worth $140?"

You should say no!

If you have $140 to blow, then ask yourself this, "Do I have 90 days to dedicate myself to this stinkin' workout?"

If not, then why waste the money as well? Why waste 2 weeks of your time when I did it in 14 days? That's 2 weeks. Not 3 months or 90 days.

P90X is a sham because, if you got off your lazy fat butt and went walking everyday for 90 days, and ate healthier, you would lose the stinking weight.

Will P90X work for you? Probably.
Will my simple, fast, free program work for you? Probably.

There's honestly no catch here. It's really free. I will really help you. And it will really work.

The only difference is, they want to swindle you out of your hard earned greenbacks, whereas I, an average American, want to help you out. MiR weighted vest.

Wow, talk about fast shipping. It either arrived the 2nd or 3rd day after I ordered it.

A+ on the fast shipping.

It's great so far. It fits me like a glove and it's completely customizable as far as fitting goes. 

I took my dog for a walk in it last night after putting it together and all that. Man! Did I feel out of shape!

All that extra dead-weight really helps kick your body into overdrive.


The best part about it, in my opinion, is being able to remove weight and even upgrade it passed 75 lbs.
I removed enough weight to bring the vest down to 45 lbs which is still a great workout for my 6'4 frame. 

I have a feeling it is going to give my body the impression that I am heavier and need to lose weight faster to counter-act all the activity I am doing. 

Hopefully I can get some weighted anklets to help my lower body out even more!

The Weighted Vest - A New Endevour

As of 8:02 P.M. A MiR (75 lb.-Pro) Weighted Vest was Ordered.

Hopefully I will have it within seven days.


I can't wait to get it on and try it out.

One thing that worries me, is the fact that, a few weeks ago when I was looking to buy a MiR product, I could have sworn that they had separate sizes. I am now informed they are one size fits all.

Perhaps I am am misinformed. Hopefully I was thinking of the all-to-expensive Xvest.

Losing Weight, A Proven Method

Losing weight is hard. Dieting is hard. These are facts. So I'm here to give you a little confidence and a little drive to make them a little easier.

 

Most people know what they need to do, but they don't do it because they don't have someone telling them to do so.

 

It's a lot easier if you are committed to something, like a sport, to get it done. Why? Because you have someone in a position of authority telling you to do something.

However, when we're faced with our health and healthy choices, we are the boss.

Then, it's a lot harder to go and do something because you are the entity in charge.

 

I see commercials for fat burning pills and diet supplements all the time. It's true they may work, and they probably help. Indeed, there is no pill or magic formula out there that will melt fat away with absolutely no effort at all.

 

You can't take any of these and sit on your ass, expecting to lose weight. You need to get a good diet and exercise regiment and stick with it.

If you feel you must take any form of weight loss supplement, I recommend Hydroxycut Hardcore. I used a product called BioBurn D2T, which had one extra ingredient from the old Hydroxycut formula. I lost 30 lbs in 2 weeks.

Don't go out and buy anything just yet, I wasn't just lazing around eating Cheetos, either. I was in the gym for 2 hours a day lifting and running 5 miles, Monday through Friday.

As you can tell, I probably lost too much weight. Weight that I lost in under  months. Some people in my family felt I did, but don't worry college and the infamous Freshman 15 helped me back up. Sadly, I'm trying to work it all off, again. Just seems I don't have the time like I used to!

However,

I'm here to tell you that YOU can lose weight and all you need is a positive mindset. Of course, I was only 18 at the time. I'm saying that age may have had a big factor in my weight-loss. That doesn't mean you can't lose weight without solid effort.

 

Some tips on what to do:

o If you asked me what I thought the most important ingredient in weight loss is, I would say time. You can't expect to look good overnight, unless you have the money for liposuction.

o Never give up, Never back Down. Want some inspiration? Watch Never Back Down. This has to be one of the most inspirational movies I've ever seen. Talk about wanting to get off the couch and go do something!

o Eat Healthy. I can't stress it enough, really. You should try a bunch of different things until you find a diet that works. In fact, do what I did and make a collaboration of all the diets and knowledge you've found and make your own.

    > I made up a pseudo Atkins diet where I was eating healthy carbs, such as whole grain wheat’s. I would try to eat healthy wherever I was and fight my cravings to eat when I was out. (That's a good way to save money too!)

     > Eating small portions throughout the day was also something, I believe, that worked extremely well.

o DRINK TONS OF WATER

     > Unless you drink a bathtub full of water, you should be fine. Drink as much of it as often as you can. Never drink anything else, except for skim milk, if you are trying to lose weight.

     > It's almost like water is a liquid fat burner, except it's not. IT'S LIQUID LIFE!!
